Keep getting asked to verify my mail.....I do it.....wait 10 mins...."thank you for verifying".....goto log in.....log in......you need to verify your email.....
So I have yet to see ANY of my bills!
I also don't know my account number as it's on the bills I have never seen!
I tried live chat and instead of helping the person tried to sell me an upgrade package...wtf????
Service is dreadful I keep getting line drops d/l speed is fine but upload is nowhere near what I got from other isp's on the exact same package/service. I am only half a mile from the exchange.
