Virtual reward card not received

So I signed up for bt in September and when I signed up I claimed my £110 virtual rewards card on the 9th of October 2022, I have not received anything since then I have tried calling purecard and bt but just get nowhere keep getting told I need to wait 1 week then 2 weeks and still 2 and a half month later got nothing at all. Can anyone help?
