I can see a couple of people have already mention not receiving their voucher.

I too was promised a voucher for signing up to my new broadband package and although its only been a couple of weeks I have not received anything yet either.

Any idea when this will be sent?

Have you claimed the reward card? If not, go to https://www.bt.com/manage/bt-reward-card/

In order to have a gift card issued, your order for service needs to be live for at least 15 days and you must not be in bill follow up.
