I recently rejoined BT and realised I had two account numbers attached to my BT ID.
I spoke to someone on the live chat who said they could remove the old account number from my BT ID and that was resolved.
Now when I log into my BT ID I'm greeted with this message:
"We couldn’t find any account details for that BT ID. Please try again"
Just want to check that my new account number has not also been removed from my BT ID.
