I am getting a strange message when logging in to BT (looking at latest bill)
There isn't a purple arrow with drop downs. The appearance of the above stops me from doing anything else but logging out.

It is just a drop down from BT that allows you to switch BT accounts in order to check them should you have more than one BT account.
I cannot do anything else but log out???

It occurs when I visit (log-in) to view my latest bill.

Yeah, I get that occasionally. It's just BT trying to be clever. There isn't a purple arrow because you only have the one account. Just click "Got it!" and move on.
