Welcome Reward error

Hi,

I am a new broadband client and I have received a welcome email from BT to claim my reward (mastercard).

When I click on the link, an error message appear on screen and doesn’t make me claim the reward.

Anyone else knows how to do it before it expires? The link is simply not working.
