For years BT have been sending me account information & order details etc to the correct email address (same as My BT id).
Recently though when I renewed my Broadband and line rental contract the order confirmation was sent to an old email address. Since then BT have also been sending me the email advising my bill is ready each month to the old incorrect email address.
Seen some posts on this but not the answer.
