I need help as I have been trying since the 15th of April and I spent an hour talking to somebody who finally said dont worry it will be fixed in 48 hours and here I am account logs in but it says account inactive and all I get are the 3 bouncing balls.   I did have to laugh as it said would you like to complain so I clicked on to the button and it then siad you need to log in to do this.   I wish I was making it up.

Same with me. I couldn't get access to my BT account, a code was was being sent to an email I couldn't access. Then they started sending a code to my Yahoo email, then I was told to update my user name and a code is now sent to my mobile. Then I get a page telling me account inactive. I got a helpful phone call from the executive care team, I explained the situation and was told the engineers are working on the problem but it could take weeks to fix  and was offered paper billing free of charge, so I accepted the offer.
