Why so difficult to contact BT?

Hi

my 24 month contract has expired and I’ve circumstances have changed so I want to cancel BT Sport. Can’t be cancelled online (what a surprise) and every time I call I’m in a queue for hours (what a surprise) why is it so hard to cancel with BT let alone speak to anyone! Sky were a dream, answered within a minute and super helpful.

Why can’t I cancel online!!

I am sorry for the problems you're having cancelling BT Sport.  I appreciate the amount of time you have spent over the phone trying to get this sorted out.
