Wife can’t view account online

My wife and I have split up. She has taken out a new fibre contract in her name. The log in details are the same from when the account was in my name as we used her email.

Now when she logs in, it only shows our old accounts and her new one doesn’t show in the drop down menu.

She has an offer to redeem for signing up but can’t.

Thank you for posting. If you send me the details, we'll be able to get that old account removed.

I will need to speak to the account holder, before I can make any changes.
