My mum in law is currently with Now Tv for her phone and broadband. I've been reading about the Home Essentials packs with BT and think that would be better for her. She gets pension credit. However, I can't see how she can switch to one of these from NOW TV.
I've tried talking to customer services at BT but they give me the answer as though she's an existing BT customer.
