Wrong Address

Current BT Broadband and Phone customer

I have been in my current property for the last 18 years.  I have had various issues with the addressing (there were various forms of the address for my home and my neighours (1&2  or East and West Cottage and other variations) I have managed to get the correct address for Council Tax, Electoral Roll, Electricity etc, however I cannot seem to get the correct address for Broadband and Phone.  To make matters worse I have noticed that BT have now changed my billing Address to my next door neighbours property (He is West, was number 1 on some lists)  I am East (was number 2 on some lists.

Any suggestions how to resolve this

The address is correct with my local authority, Registers of Scotland, Electoral Roll etc.
