I would like some help!
I re-ordered a broaband (my first order got cancel) and together with a BT person on the phone I did another order. But I cant login with my new account no. and the old account no is showing. How can I change this?
HI @KrsDka, welcome to the forum and sorry you can't view your new account online.
If you are able to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok.
If you don't have another email address you can use let us know and we'll have to arrange to delete your BTID and you can set it up again the next day.
