Rejoined BT FTTP and have been given a new account number (this is the third one)
Logging into the BT.com account, I am being directed to one of my two older accounts, and I cannot switch to my latest account number - hovering over the account number to switch shows me a 1 pixel drop down which cannot be clicked. Yes I've tried different browsers and phones.
So I can't switch to my current account number, and therefore cannot view the link to activate my XBox Pass.
Has this happened to anyone else?

You can message BT using the "message us" links on the help pages. That is usually effective.

The solution is to contact chat, they will put you through to back office, who will either remove the old accounts from your login, or create a new login (new email address) which is attached to your latest account only - then the options in MyBT will work
