thanks for the response .
I have already called, was informed it would be done, 10 days later nothing. I have tried to call 4 days in a row, consistently get your call will be answered within 45 minutes, I give up after 10/15 I haven’t got time to sit and wait . Why is this not simple, why is the site down for maintenance for over 12 days now ?
