I'm sorry to hear you have not yet been able to activate this.

Hi Katie,

 

thanks for the response . 

I have already called, was informed it would be done, 10 days later nothing.  I have tried to call 4 days in a row, consistently get your call will be answered within 45 minutes,  I give up after 10/15 I haven’t got time to sit and wait . Why is this not simple, why is the site down for maintenance for over 12 days now ?

For help with getting the Game Pass activated, you would need to contact our customer support guides and they will be more than happy to help.

Hello, 

I am going through exactly the same issues here. They need to get the activation link working again on the website because looking at the response here, the OP must have been smashing their head against a wall.

I have had no luck with activation. Used their text system (charged) got nowhere, live chat doesn't seem to exist/work anymore either seems this is the last option.

@Katie_B Thanks for replying, I contacted you yesterday again, another formwise filled out and more waiting. Hopefully it gets sorted this time, I wanted to have it set up over Xmas so the kids could play, but looks like they’ll be back at school by the time I get that code. Why can’t that activation link just get fixed so there’s no need for forms and extra waiting time? Fingers crossed I get that email soon 🤞🏻
