I've recently received an email stating that my free 12-month Xbox Game Pass is available to claim through the Content Partner Section of my account.
However, when I log in online using the link provided there is no Content Partner Section anywhere to be seen. I've read elsewhere on the forum that this could be due to an existing dormant account attached to my email that is no longer being used.
Could someone please support me in rectifying this issue, or point me in the right direction of how I can fix it myself?

If not then it will show after the 14 days have passed.
If it's already been more than 14 days please get in touch with us using the Message now option on this page: Broadband | BT Help

There is a 14 day cooling off period when the service is connected and the order completes. Check after the 14 days and you should be able to redeem the voucher. If you have any problems, use the link John posted above for support.
