I used a 6 month free gamepass subscription when signing up to fibre in January 2024. Looking on the Xbox website it states the subscription is still managed by BT.
How can this be resolved so I can apply top ups to account via Microsoft website
Can anyone advise / help with the above? needing to see how long is left on my original subscription and wanting to add more time on to gamepass subscription.
