I’ve left BT but my Xbox games pass is still showing as ‘managed by BT/EE’
I’ve just spent 40 mins or so on the phone to BT and they said they couldn’t see any services on the account and nothing related to game pass so said there was nothing they could do.
Can anyone at BT unlink my closed account from my game pass subscription? The subscription has seemingly lapsed now so I’m unable to play any games online and can’t start a new subscription as it’s still ‘managed by BT’
