Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

Good Morning,

I was offered a new deal under my broadband deals where I could re-contract my broadband and upgrade to the Hybrid Connect. This also stated that it included 12 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for free.

I accepted the offer and have had my broadband regraded as well as my Hybrid Connect delivered, but my Products still show as me paying £10 per month for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Is there something I am doing wrong here?

Any help would be appreciated.
