Hi folks - I've seen the issue crop up a number of times and read the threads.
Something I've seen come up multiple times is duplicate BT accounts, and having checked out my new account number for broadband, it's not matching up with the account I'm logging in to (it also has an older mobile number on it).
Could someone advise how I can get the old accounts deleted and access to Game Pass approved?
