I purchased Xbox game pass ultimate on the 17th January for £10 as part of the deal with BT. I realised that I wasn't charged again the next month and that my Xbox game pass ultimate subscription was still active. I have contacted support through the message service multiple times but nothing has been done. I realised I had an email from BT on the 2nd February saying "We've removed Xbox Game Pass Ultimate from your account as it may have been added fraudulently. You haven't been charged for it." Which I must have missed. Meaning I have 2 months of unpaid game pass which I've been trying to sort out since and I worry that I'm going to be hit with the price of it which is why I've been trying to sort it out since I found out. Is there anything else I can do? Messaging is really my only option as I can't do phone calls and when contacting Xbox I'm told this sort of stuff is all on BT's side. Thank you
