Xbox Game Pass

Apologies for another Game Pass thread. 

 

This was a last resort, I've searched on this forum for a good few hours. Trying all the solutions posted, but still not having luck. 

 

I took fibre out last year back in April 23, it included the 6 months GP ultimate, which I believe has now expired. 

I can't find the Partner Content via mybt. I've accessed it via laptop. I remember turning auto renew off. But can't recall when it actually expired. 

 

I also bought Xbox game pass from a third party to see if that solution would work, it did not. 

It stated "my subscriber has blocked this redemption" 

My Microsoft account still shows BT as my provider for GPU. 

 

Is anyone able to help with this? 

 

I think I need my Xbox and BT account unlinked.
