Xbox GamePass

hi. I was supposed to get 12 months of gamepess with my renewed internet package.  when I go to MYBT I can not see it listed nor can I see content partners under manage my products.  
The forums indicate that I may have multiple accounts connected to my email.  i suspect it is an EE account since I created one the other day using my BT account, to see if they would offer me a better deal than staying with BT. (it was more expensive)   I can not even see Xbox in the add-ons section. could someone kindly help me to redeem my 12 month Gamepass.

Call the support line. They may need perform some works on your account or get a code out to you for your 12 months. May take up to 7 days or more .

Hi @LiamAnthinyKelly, sorry you can't claim your Game Pass. Has your order to renew been completed over 14 days ago?
If so get in touch using the Message now option on this page: Broadband | BT Help
If it's less than 14 days it won't be available to claim yet.
