Xbox Games Pass Ultimate suddenly cancelled?

My Xbox Games Pass Ultimate was supposed to run for 12 months from Feb, but has randomly been cancelled and can't be used. It's no longer appearing as an extra on my account.

Hi @TravisB, sorry your Game Pass has stopped working before it's due to expire. Get in touch with us by using the 'Message now' option on this page Broadband | BT Help and one of our guides will get this passed to the Xbox Game Pass team.
