I have just received an email telling me I have ordered an xbox game and that Iwillbe billed each month. I havent ordered anything. I cannot contact BT to cancel. How do I cancel something I never asked for?

To cancel it login via www.bt.com/mybt and then go MyBT > Your Products > Gaming > switch off renewal to cancel.
If you're saying you never ordered it, I would advise changing your password on MyBT ASAP and enable Two-step authentication (2SA) because the chances are you're using the same email and password on another site that has had a data breach, any other sites you share the same login I'd do the same thing.
