My Xbox game pass I got bundled in with Fibre 900 was supposed to run from 27/12/22 to 27/12/23 but it stopped working after a month on 27/01/23 and it's showing as cancelled on my Xbox and Microsoft account. My BT still shows it as active and I've spent hours on chat/phone to BT trying to get this sorted and all I keep getting told is it's active on your BT account. I've now lost over a month of game pass and am still no closer to getting this resolved.
Does anyone have any ideas or had a similar experience?
