Xbox game pass ultimate - error after clicking "Add Now"

Hi,

 

I am unable to add the Xbox game pass ultimate after clicking on the add now button. 

I keep getting a red banner error " unable to process your request.  please try again"

 

Could someone help please. TIA

Hi, did you get this solved? I'm having the same problem, been trying to redeem it for the last week with no luck. It's supposed to only be valid for 14 days (?) so I don't want to run out of time to claim it

Thanks @NeilO, I'll give it another go tomorrow or the next day.

Is it right that you only get 14 days to activate it? I've seen conflicting info, some people on the forum have said you can only activate it after 14 days (i.e. after the cooling off period), but the message BT sent seems to suggest you can only activate it within the first 14 days of taking out a new contract?

Hi @LindaS,

Thank you for posting back. We do recommend waiting until after the 14-day cooling-off period before activating the Xbox Game pass. Once the cooling-off period has passed the Game Pass can be added at any time.
