Hi I had fibre 900 put in in january 2024 and had the 12 month xbox ultimate game pass included. This was initially a bit of a mess up but finally got there and had the pass activated. Today it says the game pass has been cancelled. This is after 2 months? Can someone help? I tried calling bt customer service but been on hold forever and this is difficult due to my work.
