I am having difficulty activating my xbox gaming passion geothermal message that the site is down for maintenance and I have tried ringing the phone number with no joy

Has your broadband connection been active for more than 14 days?

No it was activated Tuesday

Ah right. You do need to be connected for 14 days before you can claim. If you are still struggling to claim online at that point, please let us know.

I have now been connected for more than 14 days and I am still unable to claim my  12 month xbox pass ,customer service have been unable to help, do you have any ideas to help
