Hi
I moved house 19th August, I took out a new Broadband Halo 3/Digital Voice/2 mobile phones contract, total charge £46.18 monthly.
Everything is working fine.
Since then I have had 2 monthly bills, September 5th - £8.54 credit, October 5th - £7.42, so for 2 months I've only to pay £7.42. Can't be right!
I seem to have a stuck order, which may be the cause of this issue, trouble is I cannot get to speak to anyone on the phone, tried 4 times, after listening to the usual preamble, the line just goes dead.
Any suggestions?
