change date

hi, someone please tell me if it is possible to change the date for the payment of the invoices? Let me explain to myself they charge me on the 10th day of each month, and I would like to move it to the first of each month.

The date is linked to your billing date, unless you are on a monthly payment plan, where you can change the date.

Yes you can change it, just be mindful the first bill after will be different, in some cases you'll get a larger bill as BT bill in advance or a billing period would be skipped and collected the following month.
You can make 2 changes per year, you can do this via MyBT using the direct link below or calling up, if you call you will need to be validated tothe highest level and be the account holder.

You can do this online at My BT by logging in with your BT ID or call 0800 44 33 11 with your account number ready and just follow the instructions. You need to give seven days' notice to change your payment date
