changed tv package

hi  i  changed my tv package yesterday and was told it would take 24 hour for it to be active just checked still not active  tried ringing cant get through and chat does'nt seem to be available online this happened the last time i changed my tv package and it took 2 days to get it sorted  so much for easy to switch your package !

Have you tried sending BT a direct message on twitter? They usually get back very quickly

Hi thanks for your reply I eventually got through on the phone turns out the order didn't go through this has happened before hopefully when they ring me back on Wednesday it will all be sorted
