contract and billing issues after a tuck order was resolved

Hi,

 

on monday I had a stuck open regrade order rectified by @NeilO, but noticed that MY BT is now showing as out of contract the upcoming bill is also incorrect to the best of my knowledge with regards to changes and fees from the change over of the package from fibre 2 to halo and digital voice I have also just noticed that the landline section that keeps track of the minutes used is not displaying the actual amount of minutes at all and only showing the total amount for used for the quarter.
