does anyone know when we get our reward cards?

hello, its been over 30 days now since i claimed i reward card of £100 and i still have no had any updates on it.  is this common ?   i dont know how to find out when it will arrive  🙂

Hi @yazzij welcome to the community and thanks for posting, the reward card is normally emailed to you after the 14-day cooling-off period has passed. What date was your broadband connected on?

Okey that makes sense thank you 😁 today is 14 days since it was installed as that was son the 9th of may.  Hopefully have it in the next couple of days then.
