I am due to renew my BT broadband and phone package. I want to discuss this with someone. the phone number given is 0330 1234 150. I can never get through to a person. After the automated response that BT is "committed to giving excellent customer service" it is just continual music and a voice saying high demand and wait.

twice tried and after 20 mins each time given up.

What is the BT complaints email?
