had a contractor for openreach out this morning to install fttp however his ladders werent long enough so did the internal work, fitted and connected the grey box outside however cant run the cable from the pole to the house as he needed long ladders and contractors can only use their own kit they have available. so it got a call to the manager and flagged up for another engineer to get to.
is it right that for each day this doesnt get activated you get auto compensation? assuming if so that will encourage them to get those ladders faster 🙂
