full fibre upgrade

I received a notification in the post about my post code being able to upgrade to full fibre.

I have tried to  upgrade my account online but it says there are no deals available.

I applied online showing my interest in full fibre but have heard nothing back.

I am already on Halo3 so cost would be none to upgrade but how do I actually upgrade.

it may be just a circular to your area but some who receive it cannot upgrade yet

enter your phone number or if on DV then address and post results including notes
