i had 2 accounts and mybt defaulted to the inactive one that i had from btsport player, i have just signed up to full fibre so wanted to claim my gamepass ultimate I asked for help on the forum and the mods helped sort of the inactive account was removed but now when I log into bt I get this everytime

but if i go to the your details section it will show my details and account number but as soon as i click your product or mybt i get the Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment msg again
