I am out of contract (I am not even sure what having a contract means as have been a customer on these same lines since the 90s) and pay about £110 a month on each of 2 lines so over £200. If you change anything in order to pay less things are messed up and worse eg you might lose a precious landline number.

If in doubt, change now't.
