landline usage
When i view recent landline usage it shows amount i owe so far but when i click view usage to see itemised bill with numbers called and duration i'm just getting a white page saying Fetching authorization code

Hi @philip55, sorry you are getting this message. Check that your BTID has the 'Account Holder' status claimed: What's the difference between an Account holder and an Account manager in My BT? | BT Help
If it has and you are still getting this message try using a different browser or device to see if it happens there.
