I am still waiting for cheque of £48.99 as CREDIT when i left BT
I rang few times , sometime ago, they were going post it but still not received
please help

I am sorry for the delay receiving the credit. We'll be happy to pick this up but there may be an extended delay in us getting back to you as we're fast approaching the festive period.
