I'm trying to use the BT app. The same situation applies whether I'm using my mobile phone or desktop PC.
I get asked to enter my email & password.
I do this and get an email with a confirmation code.
I enter the correct code.
Then I get asked for my mobile phone number (I'm with giffgaff) which I enter.
I'm told that I will receive a text message with a code.
I do not receive a text.
This means I am unable to log in.
Can anyone suggest a way of fixing the above problem? Or another means of logging in to the app?

The best thing I can recommend is giving our customer support team a call. They'll be able to check everything from our end and help you get logged in.

Have you checked in your MyBT > Your Details > Personal Details > Contact Details which the use for the 2FA PIN that you have the correct phone number and email address, that is not your BTID?
