This is a customer help customer forum and your post does not go to BT. You need to phone CS 03301234150 to sort out your problem

Welcome to the BT Community.

I can understand you'd be concerned if you've recived a bill for a SIM you no longer use.

If you have recently cancelled the line, it may be a final bill.

If you'd like to discuss the bill further, I'd recommend following @imjolly's advice and contacting us.
