Hello, I upgraded recently and received the latest hub plus a range extender disc. All fine there. However, I received a return envelope to send back my old router which I did the same day (08/01/2024). I've looked on my order details and noticed that the old router is still showing as not received by BT. I've seen somewhere that I could, at some point be charged £60 for it's none return. I have the receipts of posting from the Post Office but I can't see who to speak to about this after trolling the website. Obvs I don't want to get charged for none return of old kit. Any suggestions please??

Re: old equipment returned
I had to call them to get it sorted.
