I understand you may not want to call having already made a number of calls, with BT there is a Live Chat option. Have you been able to try this?

As I have previously stated, this is a BT customer to customer forum with the only BT Staff being the moderators.
The forum is a place to get advice and possibly some help with issues regarding BT but is not the place to get the help that you want/need with your issue because nobody on this forum, moderators included, has access to your account or the means to rectify any problems with your account or any orders you have placed etc.
The best advice is to get back in touch with BT as has been suggested by @Katie_B

In which case just select the message that you feel concludes your need to post any further on the forum and mark it as the "accepted solution" by clicking on the box
