If you had a direct line or extension i would,
but i'm, not sitting for over 15 minutes trying to figure out which department i want then being passed around with people who don't have a clue what they're looking at..

i spoke with only one person and she was mint, she sorted everything,
the other twenty times total clueless idiots.

at one time i got a young sounding girl who couldn't care less and sounded like she would sooner be watching tiktok.

It would be our customer care team you will need to speak with regarding this. 

I understand you may not want to call having already made a number of calls, with BT  there is a Live Chat option. Have you been able to try this?

As I have previously stated, this is a BT customer to customer forum with the only BT Staff being the moderators.

The forum is a place to get advice and possibly some help with issues regarding BT but is not the place to get the help that you want/need with your issue because nobody on this forum, moderators included, has access to your account or the means to rectify any problems with your account or any orders you have placed etc.

The best advice is to get back in touch with BT as has been suggested by  @Katie_B

And if you actually read back you would see the telephone is now back on and working,
i have no idea why, i was not told why and no one has contact me telling me it would be working and when or why it was even off..

i have no need to contact the shower of **bleep**e again unless of course the phantom mobile charge is back on the next bill or the phone just decides to go off again for no reason.

In which case just select the message that you feel concludes your need to post any further on the forum and mark it as the "accepted solution" by clicking on the box
