please help to delete old account in my BT ID

Hi, when I log into myBT there are two accounts, one old and one current. Everytime login, the old account is shown as default. Anyone can help to delete the old account?

phone CS 03301234150 or try billing team https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband

and they should be able to delete old account
