Hi, I've been aware for a few months that my current contract is due to end soon so I've been trying to use the "renew" option on the website for a couple of months but each time I choose the package I want, the page it links to is broken. The message on that page says:
"We’ve got some changes to make to our website, but we'll be back up and running again soon."
So I figured I'd wait until I get the obligatory email, which I received today, which states:
"We want to let you know your following contract with us is ending soon:
Our best deal for your current Broadband package - Fibre 2
£36.99 / month. 24 month term. Monthly price will increase on 31 March each year by £3"
Below that wording is a purple "renew now" button which takes me to the same deals page as before.. SO.. I click the relevant deal and get taken to the same broken page which STILL says
"We’ve got some changes to make to our website, but we'll be back up and running again soon."
In summary, despite wanting to "renew" my package, and despite doing everything correctly, the page I'm consistently taken to when trying to renew the package is consistently broken and has been for months.
Any help would be appreciated.
