hi i had my reward card come through but i ent recieved this at all just had email to say tracking then dead end when i click on tracking saying customer access denied

Heya I was active in January I claimed for my card and still to this day I have not received nothing! Ive had emails to say it's going to be sent out and delivered but again nothing since so what can you do ?
