having recently upgraded my broadband package i returned my old home hub as requested via Royal mail collection from home in the returns bag which BT provided over 4 weeks ago now but i still receiving reminder e mails from BT asking me to return my equipment when they say it ' can take UP TO 3 weeks to process returns' my account still shows item awaiting return this is 4 weeks after returning the item with proof of postage has anyone had problems being charged for items already returned ?
If you call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.
thanks for the reply customer service number is closed today with it being a bank holiday no problem
can call tomorrow however this morning i have so far now received 2 messages on my phone from BT asking me to return equipment pity they are not as efficient when it comes to resolving problems.
